John Huston's Restaurant
Located over a large rock, with a wonderful view of the "Bahia de Banderas", inspiration to the legendary director of the film "La Noche de la Iguana", offers seafood specialties. Open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Theme Nights

We design unique programs where everything is included. Each convention is different in Mismaloya, this is the reason why all the plans are varied and flexible, where participants do not have a limit and can join all the theme parties and enjoy private events.

Mexican Fiesta: The most colorful Mexican Fiesta takes place every Saturday night. You can go "native" under the stars and select from the sumptuous buffet of Mexican delicacies. Enjoy the mariachi, colorful folk dances and the lights of the Mexican Fireworks.

Beach Party: Every Tuesday, casual party surrounded by palm leaves, just a few steps from the ocean. Enjoy the traditional beautiful nights at Puerto Vallarta and the spectacular Bay of Mismaloya while dancing and tasting the buffet with salads and grill.

Seasonal Theme Party: Enjoy the surprising Thursday night buffet with latin music.
