The 291-room, 9-story structure features balconies furnished with chairs and wide views of the downtown in the near distance (5 miles) and the Bay. A huge palapa covers the lobby and hotel entrance. Small palapas dot the resort's beachfront, offering many spots to shade and relax. There are a heated, free-form pool with swim-up bar, a children's pool, two restaurants, three bars, aquatic sports at the beach, tour and information service on site, 24 hour public transportation and taxi service, Puerto Vallarta's finest restaurants and nightclubs are close by, and across the street is the Plaza Caracol, a shopping area with supermarket, bakery, shops, and cafes.
The resort offers Superior Rooms, Deluxe Ocean View Rooms, Fiesta Club, and Junior Suites, all with views, marble floors, fine wood furniture, and many other amenities.
Onsite is the Chulavista Restaurant serving Italian, Mediterranean, and seafood. La Hacienda features Mexican cuisine. The lobby bar with live music, pool bar with swim-up area, and snack bar with grilled items and delicious drinks will keep you refreshed and satisfied. There are also many excellent restaurants very close to the hotel.
